Very happy to hear this proposal myself. It has been obvious that the
HumanMarkup domain is huge, so taking on it by separate proposals is
probably the best route and organize diverse efforts more efficiently.
Of course, we will have to keep an eye on collaboration between the
proposals to ensure efficiency of the combined specs. 
Finnaly, the deadlines seem logical for a first draft. Also, IMHO, it
would be better to decide the status of that draft later on.
