Thanks Rex for the little research.

In the future,
1) I will check with OASIS to make sure a member is eligible as soon as I
receive a request,
2) make sure that they are subscribed to the PRIVATE TC list as well, and
3) ask the participants who subscribe to the list if they intend to become
members.
