I propose we go forth with YahooChat if About.com doesn't work out.  I know
IRC wasn't working last time I checked, and you mentioned connectivity
problems from your side.

I propose we hold it primarily on YahooChat, and use the teleconference as
backup, instead of the other way around, since most of us prefer the chat
format anyway.  If there are any connectivity issues, then we could do
something based on what you propose.

Invited experts are invited to join the meetings (just a clarification in
policy) also.
