Title: PBS-Doc-humlCommAtts
There is no need to do anything to this
attributeGroup. It is very simple although the discussion that led to
it was not, but that is covered under the PBS-Doc-intent
postings.

- humlCommAtts

Here is a first take on:
Base Schema - humlCommAtts
This is a global attribute. It isused
for identifier uniqueness for
huml element names that are used for
communication processes, as
opposed to describingthuman
characteristics.
It specifies two attributes: id as
xsd:ID and humlName as xsd:string
and the use of both is required.
This division between
humlIdentifierAtts and humlCommAtts will aid in
processing by distinguishing between
human characteristics and
communication.
Ciao,
Rex
