2. regarding potential liasons: have "discovered" (may be news to me but may not be news to you) a couple projects one of which is developing an Ontology:

        (Note: We have a lot of options yet, and we are under no obligation to submit this version,
        but if significant changes are decided, we must conduct another public review for no less
        than 30 days. However, we can leave it as is (as a Committee Specification--which is what
        other TCs have done) and wait until we have fielded the required sample implementations before
        moving forward to submission for OASIS approval.)

Item 2: Discuss and Decide, if possible on how to proceed:
        * Target Milestone Date for Sample Implementations (Suggestion: March 31, 2002)
        * Target Milestone Date for Requirements Revision 1 (Suggestion: January 31, 2002)
