Susan,

This area is of particular interest to Ranjeeth, since his personal
project is diplomatic applications, and this is exactly what he is
focusing on for that purpose. I will defer to him, therefore, in
this. I believe we can develop an excellent scenario or two from this
and narrow that down into a series of use-cases which will derive
important requirements we can include in the Requirements Document we
are working on.
