Anatomical Knowledge are in a graph, Functional Knowledge are in another graph, I must use hypergraph because relations are very complexes. Sample : an anatomical structure overlaps many other structures in a different referentiel. Finally patients data are recorded in the graphs to precise : - cerebral lesion - functional deficit And final treatments give anatomo-functional links. A researcher ask me : "What differences between your work and creation of an ontology? I cannot give an answer! I don't know very well capacities of a tool like protégé, and neither the concept of ontology! Thank you for your help.
