Overview for

Universal Access Specifically for the Visually Disabled or Limited

Speech Recognition and Dialog Management

Knowledge Discovery in Decision-Making

This will be a collaboration of Humanmarkup.org, Inc., Level 8 and QDA to provide web access capabilities using VXML with HMML for Speech and Language Recognition and use in Localization and in emergency management for on-site mobile, vocal updates to CAP and Incident Command System alerts and resource management.

The Grant Proposal focuses on a single combined application area for commercial potential:
  
        1. HMML will be capable of specifying cultural and linguistic human grouping categories that
    will be capable of great voice, speech and language recognition, and may be able to add
emotional recognition or probable emotional recognition, for use in VoiceXML applications, and

        which are specifically useful for on-site, real-time update of CAP/ICS situational information.
