is just wrong about the EU taking a higher position. This is a global
problem and until it is worked as a global problem, it won't get
solved.
I
suspect the near term outcome will be less emphasis on specifications
and
standards with global reach and more emphasis on moving back
behind
the fences of local venues and jurisdictions. For EM systems,
that
might have a stimulating effect but it means getting them out of
OASIS
or accepting the encumbrances.
