On October 17^th 2014 iBOPS TC Held a call at Noon Eastern Standard Time.

Roll Call was performed and quorum was met.

 

Scott Streit was asked to discuss his view of iBOPS, which brought discussion.

 

Discussion led to agreements and disagreements.

 

Came to agreements on the following:

For Intrusion Detection we will stipulate the “what” and not the how.  We agree that Intrusion Detection is part of IBOPS.

For Liveness, we will stipulate the “what” and not the how.  We agree that Liveness is part of IBOPS.

 

We did not agree on whether the biometric would exist on the server or on the biometric device.  We agreed to take this up at the next meeting on October 31, 2014
