Meeting Notes:

The editors provided the first draft of IBOPS 1.0. Discussed replay attack prevention should be sated in non-conformance section.

 

Proposed:

To continue working in this directions to complete IBOPS 1.0 by March of 2016. The new version of IBOPS would be shared December 11.
