The following list contains the names of those individuals who have registered to be a TC participant within the required timeframe to be eligible to vote at the first meeting, as long as they actually attend. Those who join the TC after 24 February 2009, or those who are listed below but do not attend the first meeting, will need to attend two consecutive meetings to gain voting rights.
