Proposed dates/times for bi-weekly ICOM TC meetings

Dear ICOM TC Members,

The members present today at the inaugural meeting of ICOM TC agreed to 
hold bi-weekly ICOM TC meetings. The next TC meeting is proposed for 
Wednesday 18, 9 AM to 10 AM PST. Subsequent meetings will be on every 
other Wednesdays, at the same time slot 9 to 10 AM PST. 

Please let me know by next Tuesday, March 10th, if the proposed meeting 
schedules do not work for you. The proposed meeting dates and times for 
the next three months are:

Wednesday, 18  March 2009,  9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM 
GMT, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM CET
Wednesday,   1  April   2009,  9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST, 5:00 PM to 6:00 
PM GMT, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM CET
Wednesday, 15  April   2009,  9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST, 5:00 PM to 6:00 
PM GMT, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM CET
Wednesday, 29  April   2009,  9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST, 5:00 PM to 6:00 
PM GMT, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM CET
Wednesday, 13  May   2009,  9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Please note that the daylight savings time begin in US on Saturday March 
7, while EU begins daylight savings time three weeks later. Therefore, 
on Wednesday, March 18, the TC meeting will be one hour earlier in 
Europe, i.e. from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM CET.
