2. Approve draft minute from March 18 TC Meeting

The minute,

3. Propose topics for “review of contributed technologies” webinar series

The following topics are scheduled:
a. Monday March 30 9:00 – 10:00 AM PST; topic “Oracle Beehive Object 
Model” (completed)
b. Thursday April 02 9:00 – 10:00 AM PST; topic “Oracle Collaboration 
Service Interface”
c. Monday April 06 8:00 – 9:00 AM PST; topic “DERI Nepomuk and SIOC 
Ontologies, part 1 ”
d. Thursday April 09 9:00 – 10:00 AM PST; topic “DERI Nepomuk and SIOC 
Ontologies, part 2”
e. Monday April 13 (off due to Easter Holiday)
f. Thursday April 16 9:00 – 10:00 AM PST; topic “Ecospace demonstration 
of interoperability among Shared Workspace tools based on the use of BCS 
and SIOC+”

Eric Chan moved to change the meeting time for webinars on Monday to 
avoid conflict with CMIS TC weekly meetings at 9:00 AM. Members agreed 
to move webinars on Monday to 8:00 AM PST (4 PM GMT). The April 06 
webinar will be at 8:00 – 9:00 AM PST.

Eric Chan is presenting Oracle’s Beehive Object Model and Collaboration 
Service Interface on Thursday, April 02.

4. New issues

The following two new issues were raised.
• Adopt the representation for UML 2.0 Model
• Adopt an RDF Modeling Tool

Eric Chan had requested Mary McRae to add a project for ICOM TC in JIRA 
at http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues (you should receive notifications 
for JIRA accounts). Once the ICOM TC project is added to JIRA, Eric will 
log these two issues. The TC members shall evaluate the modeling tools 
before moving to close the issues.

5. AOB

Philip Arkcoll is attending AIIM International Exposition and Conference 
in Philadelphia, 
http://www.aiimexpo.com/aiimexpo/v42/index.cvn?id=10168, where some of 
CMIS TC members are presenting. Philip is meeting with some of the CMIS 
TC members and will discuss with them about participation in ICOM.

Marc Pallot suggested to use the ICOM wiki pages at 
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/icom to catalog the types of entities and 
artifacts they are contributing to ICOM as well as any new types of 
entities and artifacts that are not already in the contributions. Each 
of the contributors will add a catalog of entities and artifacts to the 
wiki page. The ICOM wiki pages will be used to co-author draft proposals.

Eric Chan reminded members to upload snapshots of the contributed 
material to ICOM document repository. The recommendation is to upload 
snapshots of the contributions to the OASIS repository prior to the 
presentations.

The TC Meeting is adjourned.
