    (ICOM-1) Adopt a UML 2.0 Model Representation for ICOM
    (ICOM-5) Adopt an RDF Modeling Tool
    (ICOM-6) Define structure preserving transformation between UML and 
RDF representation for ICOM

2. Approve draft minutes from April 1 TC meeting is deferred to next 
meeting on April 29.

3. Marc is presenting Ecospace's SIOC+ and demonstrate BCSW/BC tools for 
shared workspaces interoperability on Thursday, April 16, 9:00 - 10:00 
AM PST

4. The new issue "(ICOM-6) Define structure preserving transformation 
between UML and RDF representation for ICOM" is assigned to Stefan 
Decker. Stefan will outline the task deliverables and  propose an ICOM 
task force.

The TC Meeting is adjourned.
