Subject: ICOM TC face-to-face meeting in June 2010 in Redwood City, California

Hello all,

I am organizing the two-days ICOM F2F Meeting around June 21-25 SemTech 2010 conference in San Francisco where several TC Members are planning to present or attend. The ICOM F2F Meeting can be held in Oracle HQ in Redwood City, California.

Please let me know your preference for holding the Meeting on June 17-18 (Thu-Fri before SemTech) or June 28-29 (Mon-Tue after SemTech). Please respond as soon as possible in order for me to make the reservations.

If June 17-18 or June 28-29 do not work for you, there is a possibility to hold the ICOM F2F Meeting on June 24-25 (allowing for some conflicts with the schedules for the last two days of SemTech 2010 conference).

We are planning to hold a half-day ICOM TC Meeting (closed door F2F Meeting for Members and Observers only) during these two days. The rest of the two days can be educational sessions to present the ICOM technologies and use cases for the members and the invited guests who are potential members of the TC. The educational sessions are not formally part of the TC Meeting.

Due to the IPR concerns, the TC cannot accept technical suggestions, feedbacks, and use cases from the invited guests. The invited guests may provide their feedbacks via the “send a comment” mechanism on the TC web page. We should request the guests to join at least as Observer in ICOM TC. Nonetheless, we welcome you to invite your colleagues, customers, research associates, and other parties interested in the ICOM TC. Please let me know how many guests you may invite.

Regards,

Eric
