A modeling question

Greetings!

After the discussion today about roles at OASIS, it occurred to me that 
there was one type of member that we did not cover:

member, but on leave of absence

The member on leave of absence doesn't have voting rights but their 
voting rights are restored upon the expiration of the leave of absence.

Not sure how that would be modeled but thought for completeness I should 
mention it.
