2. The draft minutes of Jan
19 and Feb 2 TC Meetings approved.
3. Status of draft
specification
The draft is ready for
approval to Committee Draft Specification for public review after adding the
following model: ResourceActor, InstantMessage, WikiPage, and Conference.
Eric: ResourceActor
represents a bookable resource through a resource space with a calendar and a
task list to manage, schedule, and approve the resource allocations. The
resource space can also include a bookable conference.
Peter: For bookable resource:
such as projectors, portable projector screens, conference phones, and so on
they are discreet entities ... but note that there may also be resources that
are 'measured' - e.g. the conference bridge, say, one can set up multiple
calls, as long as they don't go over a total of 200 lines
Eric: ResourceActor has a
property capacity to represent the ‘measure’
Eric: Conference is modeled
as a folder, which is a durable metadata object to be associated with runtime
transient conference sessions and durable transcripts from the sessions. A
conference can be a space item and the participants can be derived from the
participants of the parent space.
4. Review model of AddressBook and Contact
Participants reviewed the
mapping of vCard to ICOM contact properties:
