1. The following members were present.

2. Promotion of ICOM - http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/icom/email/archives/201104/pdf00000.pdf

Patrick reviewed successful models, ODF, OOXML and LOD (Linking Open Data). All are models but also models where software demonstrates tangible benefits from use of the model. One way to promote ICOM is to seek its incorporation in a software project that results in software that completes a task of interest to users. The main take away being that models per se, however clever or well designed, will not interest a critical mass of users in the absence of useful implementations based on those models.

3. Announcement of the ICOM Public review has not yet occurred. When it does, TC members will forward that notice to stakeholders, such as Ontology Forum, OMG, IETF, OpenDocument TC and others.

4. Wiki pages are out of synch (Eric) and need to be updated, particularly the UML models. Laura will review the organization of pages at the wiki.

5. General discussion of tracking of comments from public review. Various alternative discussed. OASIS requires tracking of all public review comments.

6. Eric suggests that the current ICOM model should be extended to include operations such as send, checkin, checkout, join. Laura comments that RDF representation may not support operations. Patrick suggests that it is possible to have layered conformance, such that application conform to one level, say non-operations, while another conforms to the base standard + operations.

7. Misc. discussion of presentation of ICOM to the OpenDocument TC.
