Agenda

1. Roll Call

2. Discussion of the ICOM meeting time and day.

3. Discussion of the goals of the TC and plans for dissemination. (see 
below for Goals, Concerns and Tasks)

4. Approval of updates to ICOM v1.

5. Review approval process for Committee Specification for ICOM v1. (see 
OASIS policy 
http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#committeeSpec)

6. Discussion of translation of ICOM v1 to OWL and other languages.

7. Plan for ICOM v2 to define social network model. (see the TC Charter 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/icom/charter.php)

Goals:
* attract companies and convince them to use ICOM in their products
* attract more *active* TC members

Concerns:
* very few contributors, despite a good number of members in the TC
* very few adopters
* model is big and unwieldy - somewhat sorted by the modularization
* no use case ready to show off the benefits

Tasks (to be extended):
* prepare a list of clear benefits that we could present to possible
interested parties
* prepare a list of stories / use cases showcasing the benefits with a
clear scenario - also for 'advertising' / dissemination purposes
* prepare a standard presentation / demo of ICOM that we can customise and 
reuse
* get use-cases from interested / targeted companies and create demos
based on them
