I developed a tool for generating RDF and OWL directly from the ICOM standard.
It supports RDF and the following OWL profiles: EL, RL, QL, DL and Full.
The main differences among RDF and the OWL profiles are that each one has different restrictions on what constructs are allowed.  There are also semantic differences between RDF and OWL.

The output of the generator was validated using the following online validators:

For RDF: http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/

For OWL 1 (only OWL-Full): http://www.mygrid.org.uk/OWL/Validator

For OWL 2 (all profiles): http://owl.cs.manchester.ac.uk/validator/
