Hi Dee,
    I have noticed precedence in Oasis to hold webinars when TCs are 
formed to reach out to those
seeking information. Based on that, it does make sense to hold a 
webinar.  The question would be when.

We can place this topic on the agenda for Monday.  For one of our agenda 
items, Abbie wont be able to attend due to travel (ITU definitions).
The TC members can opine better on the webinar dates/content during the 
meeting and suggest potential time period
when the webinar may be suitable.

Kelvin has a good point. Maybe we can mention some of the use cases 
submitted by members, grouped together into
few categories.
