None at all. You will need to post a comment resolution log to the TC
email list before the ballot - a list of the comments and the TC's
decisions with respect to them. (Unless you posted it already and I
just didn't see it.)

After the TC votes to request the Special Majority Ballot, just enter
the CN ballot ticket for me here >
