By copy of this I am inviting Monica Martin to sit in our call tomorrow. Monica is from Sun Microsystems and is taking the lead on the discussion of the ebXML framework with the HL7 group. Monica is the cochair of the ebBP TC, which is now in the home streach to reaching standard's status in OASIS. And then on to ISO.

 

ebBP is a specification that enables collaboration between business parties. It is not sector limited; there are many uses for it in the health care sector. Dr Dogic and her team have created a tool to implement the ebBP specification. We talked about the spec on a previous call, and I sent out a link to METU's editor.

 

And maybe Monica will have the details on the call by tomorrow.
