What is it we really need to support better healthcare in emergencies. My $.02: quick satellite-relay resources for remote support without regard to conditions on the ground, e.g. helicopter transport of satellite dishes with sufficient fuel for operations until resupply is likely combined with a good event type-based symptomology for remote diagnostic and treatment support. Thoughts?
