Scott,  I think that there are some typos that Mike wanted to review with you nothing serious. 

We were going to promote it to CD but decided to delay to the next call.

Yes there are other things that need to be addressed like being able to ask for multiple issuers.
I think the JS method for discovering capabilities and the card tile one are OK for the object tag.
We should not however endlessly extend the object tag.
