Minor editorial corrections (from Mathias Bjrkqvist, IBM):

- line 131, the example with Boolean: the length should be "00 00 00 08"
instead of 04 since the length was increased
- line 142, the tags for the Enumeration and Integer in the structure
should be "420004" and "420005", as correctly shown in the example on the
lines below
