Having heard no support for the word 'MUST', I've uploaded a modified
version that requires the standard to use 'SHALL' (in line with ISO, IEEE,
INCITS, etc), and to forbid the words 'must', 'can', and 'will'.  ('must'
-> 'SHALL', 'can' -> 'MAY' or 'is able to', 'will' -> 'SHALL').

If there aren't any further comments, I'm hoping to propose a 7-day
electronic ballot at the next opportunity... :)
