Subject: Groups - Conformance Keywords Proposal v2 (Sun Conformance Language Proposal.pdf) uploaded
Having heard no support for the word 'MUST', I've uploaded a modified version that requires the standard to use 'SHALL' (in line with ISO, IEEE, INCITS, etc), and to forbid the words 'must', 'can', and 'will'. ('must' -> 'SHALL', 'can' -> 'MAY' or 'is able to', 'will' -> 'SHALL'). If there aren't any further comments, I'm hoping to propose a 7-day electronic ballot at the next opportunity... :) -- Matthew Ball The document revision named Conformance Keywords Proposal v2 (Sun Conformance Language Proposal.pdf) has been submitted by Matthew Ball to the OASIS Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) TC document repository.
