Subject: Groups - Query_Application_Name_Spaces.pdf uploaded

The purpose of this proposal is to extend the Query operation to include
the Application Name Spaces to be used by the server to generate
Application Specific Information Data values if the client sets or modifies
an instance of the Application Specific Information attribute while
omitting the Application Specific Data field. This proposal is closely
related to the current proposals to rename the Application Specific
Identification attribute by Ren Pawlitzek and the Interoperable Key Naming
for Tape proposal by Stan Feather, Rod Wideman and Glen Jaquette.
