Subject: Groups - kmip-1.0-ug-ed-0.98 (kmip-1.0-ug-ed-0.98.doc) uploaded

The updated Usage Guide includes the following changes:

1. Matt's conformance proposal:
- Removed the Conformance section (Section 4)
2. Judy's Revocation Reason Proposal:
- Added the Revocation Reason Codes section
- Removed the Certificate Transitions section (Section 3.11)
- Added a deferred item
3. Judy's Certificate Requests and POP proposal:
- Added the text to the Certify and Re-certify section
4. Added acronyms to Appendix A

The normative language has not yet been removed from the Usage Guide. I am
hoping to address this prior to the face-to-face meeting.
