Summary of changes: 3.1.2 and 3.1.4, Time 0: Registering the Template as a Template object (containing the attribute values), instead of individual attributes inside the Template-Attribute structure 5.1, General: Changed the message exchanges at times 2 (Add Attribute), 5 (Check and Get Usage Allocation) ,6 and 9 (Get Usage Allocation) to reflect the changes in the spec regarding Usage Limits (fields not Total, Count and Unit) 5.1, Time 9: Fixed the return value text to "Out: Operation Failed, Permission Denied" (message content itself was already correct) 5.1, Time 10; 9.2, Time 8; 9.3, Time 7; 9.4, Time 7; 9.5, Time 10: Batched a Revoke with the Destroy, since 'uuidNewKey' is in the Active state and must be deactivated (Revocation Reason: Cessation of Operation) before it can be destroyed.
