Cryptsoft Statement of Use

Attached is the Cryptsoft Statement of Use for OASIS KMIP.

It is modelled off the draft statement of use prepared circulated in the KMIP 
interop group.

I'd like to also publicly thank the interop participants for their responses and 
feedback. Mathias (IBM), Shyam (EMC), John Clark (HP), and Alan (SafeNet), have 
together made the whole testing process straight forward.

The statement of use will be updated once the committee specification version 
has been approved to reference it rather than the committee draft version which 
was in place at the time of interop testing.
