RSA Conference

Given that we haven't been successful at getting any KMIP related proposals
accepted for the RSA conference in recent times I plan to put together a
separate KMIP related proposal for the next RSA USA conference - Feb 27 to Mar 2
in 2012.

The deadline for proposal submission is currently July 15th - i.e. next Friday -
so the time frame is short.
