hi -

i've uploaded a new cut at the KMIP V1.1 Profiles document -- putting it
into the "Proposals" folder because it contains several changes intended
for exploring alternatives rather than apprroved TC changes:

- new text regarding the creation of profiles, based on material from Bob
Lockhart and Bob Nixon
- new text regarding the validation of conformance, again based on material
from Bob L.
- sample text for a client profile, based on the larger set of
storage-related client functionality that Gordon has defined
- revised test scenarios, providing only high-level pseudo-code

My thought is that to make sure that the approach outlined in this draft
works before doing other revisions for consistency, etc.
