The updated Usage Guide consists of minor editorial changes. During last
weeks call I mentioned that we were going to move one paragraph from the
Device Credential section to the spec. We decided to keep this text
(consisting of examples) in the Usage Guide. The spec still needs to be
updated to include the normative text from Gordons original proposal.
