i've uploaded a revised version of KMIP V1.1 Usage Guide, incorporating the new section on certificate related attributes recently approved.

I also added draft text on "Deprecated Functionality" as follows:

3.40 Deprecated Functionality
Use of deprecated functionality, as described in Section 3.39, is discouraged since such functionality may be dropped in a future release of the KMIP standard.
