ballot requests for V1.1 docs submitted

Hi –

I’ve just submitted the request to initiate ballots to promote our V1.1 docs to committee drafts/specs. Prior to doing so, I went through the roster to make sure that the list of eligible voters was correct according to OASIS TC process (Section 2.4.4 , https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process)

(b) A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. In TCs that hold Meetings, a Voting Member who is absent from two consecutive Meetings (as recorded in the minutes) loses his or her voting rights at the end of the second Meeting missed. ….

(c) A TC Member who has lost his or her voting rights shall regain them for a TC that holds Meetings by attending two consecutive Meetings (as recorded in the minutes), thus regaining voting rights after the end of the second Meeting attended

I’ve attached the resulting list of eligible voters. If you’re not on the list and should be (or are on the list and shouldn’t be), for example because we didn’t record your attendance correctly, please let Subhash and me know.
