scheduling the KMIP webinar

Hi Dee –

We once again discussed the KMIP webinar in our KMIP TC call last week. At this point, the best time will be after the KMIP face-to-face, when we will have a clearer picture of our plans moving forward.

As it turns out, I am on the road with an extremely heavy schedule during the week right after our face-to-face. Would it be possible to schedule the webinar during the week of 24-September? Virtually any time during that week is good for me. Perhaps we should consider scheduling for Monday 24-Sept or Tuesday 25-Sept? Given the difficulty of finding a single time that works for all time zones, do we want to consider 2 offerings on whatever day we choose (perhaps something like 8 am EDT and 4 pm EDT)?

I’ll put together a draft abstract and send it around to the TC. I assume you will also want bio and photo for presenters? Anything else you would need?
