I had a similar concern – everything said in TC session can or should be recorded in the meeting minutes and becomes OASIS public record.
So the obligation on all TC participants is to avoid disclosing anything they consider their own proprietary/confidential information.
I think as host, NetApp should be responsible for ensuring that TC attendees are not inadvertently exposed to NetApp confidential information.
The agreement also carries no time limit, no definition of what recipients can do with information, nor exclusion of information that later becomes public, which are fairly common NDA terms.
Really? Everything that is said at the OASIS KMIP F2F is to be treated as NetApp confidential? This is highly irregular.
