The template proposal is in the “Templates and Attribute update” document (“kmip-spec-v1.1-cos01-template-updates-v1b.docx”) posted 7-Feb-2013 by Tim Hudson in the KMIP “Drafts” folder. It is also included as reference item for this ballot.
