Along those lines I have attached feedback on the proposal recommending
a No vote along with a rationale.
I've also extracted the few changed pages from the larger document to
just have the ReKey and ReKeyKeyPair items in a separate PDF (also
attached) which should make it easier for folks to reference (although
once the ballot is open the official document reference Bob has pointed
to is of course the definitive document).

Note: the ballot on this proposal hasn't opened as yet.
