Split Key Method addition

Kiran and Kelly,

 

Could you add an entry for ‘Polynomial Sharing GF(2^8)’ to the enumeration list for Split Key Method found in section 9.1.3.2.8 of the KMIP Spec? – This is the method used by the Bloom-Shamir algorithm.

 

You will also need a few editorial changes to section 2.2.5 Split Key since it refers to ‘three’ split key methods.
