Hi Chuck, Jerry,

     Read over your proposal, interesting stuff.    I wanted to make sure I understood what you where doing so I had a question or two.

1) In the locate the result is a Unique Id to a key managed object, right?   

2) What happens if the application tries to Get that key object, by putting a Get operation after the locate?   I think we should define what happens, for example an error.   

3) I assume an error is returned if the one-time-pad  is used up and is still used in an application.   Here I am assuming the one time pad on its creation has a fixed size and when used up it is discarded?
