Your 60-day pre-OS vote public review for KMIP Specification v1.3 and KMIP Profiles v1.3 has been announced. The review ends on December 12th. https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/60-day-public-review-for-kmip-specification-v1-3-and-kmip-profiles-v1-3-ends-dec- 

Assuming that you receive no comments during the public review, we can expect to start the ballot afterwards. I will coordinate with the TC on when to start the ballot as we get closer to the date.
