I forgot to ask about 

"Permission Denied"    0039

When is this redefined since it was already defined in previous KMIP versions as 0x000C?    Now 0x000C is marked as Reserved.

11.43 Result Reason Enumeration

Just checking on the following two Reason Result Enumeration values

"Key Wrap Type Not Supported Not Authorized"  ??   Is this a typo and should just be   "Key Wrap Type Not Authorized"  ??

"Object Type Non Unique Name Attribute" ??  This does not seem to make any sense
