[kmip] KMIP 2.1 test cases AKLC-M-2-21.xml, CS-BC-M-14-21.xml, SKLC-M-2-21.xml

These test cases (and possibly others) have had a ResultReason changed when compared to the 2.0 versions of those tests.

In each case, “PermissionDenied” has been replaced with “WrongKeyLifecycleState”

 

“WrongKeyLifecycleState” was introduced in KMIP 2.0.

So, should the 2.0 tests be changed to expect “WrongKeyLifecycleState” as well?

 

Or should we return a different ResultReason for 2.0 & 2.1?
