Amendment Text
Amendment Posted on Thursday, 30 April 2020: I adjusted the eligible voters as requested. This affected the voting thresholds. In order to pass, at least 14 members have to vote yes and no more than 5 may vote no.

Description
This ballot includes a request by the TC to update the cross-reference to KMIP Profile V2.1 in KMIP Specification V2.1 and the cross-reference to KMIP Specification V2.1 in KMIP Profile V2.1 to the respective Committee Specifications and approval dates.

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [1]. The TC roster currently lists 19 voting members. In order to pass, at least 13 members have to vote Yes and no more than 4 members may vote No.
