        Here's an integration of the "Links Representation" proposal (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/kmip/download.php/66734/Link%20Representation.pdf) into the spec. I found I also had to pull in part of the "Identifiers or References" (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/kmip/document.php?document_id=66727) proposal to make this one whole (it's a chicken-and-egg thing...which came first...both). That's why it starts with a couple of new KMIP Types...Identifier and Reference, so I've taken some liberties with page ordering to present the diffs in logical order (or such was my intent).
