Hello All,

ApologiesÂfor missing this morning's meeting. This spec delta looks good, and I very much like the fact that clients need only test for the State property to know whether the key can be used for protection rather than many other complex tests.

However, I am a little confused as to when a client should use the Deactivation Date, and when they should use the Protect Stop Date. Maybe some Usage Guide text could heip with this.
