        Members of the Executive / Administrative Docs SC, 

From the results of the ballot looking for the best dates/times for meeting, Tuesdays at 1:00 PM eastern / 17:00 UTC works for the most people. Therefore I am scheduling the first meeting for Tuesday, 29 April at 17:00. 

If need be, I can schedule a second meeting to mirror the first to accommodate those for whom this doesn't work. Please let me know if you would like me to schedule a second/mirror meeting. 

I will schedule meetings for the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month to keep us on a frequency that mirrors the main TC. If we think meeting more frequently will be worthwhile, we can discuss that at the meeting.
